I haven't finished the book, but I am not impressed with its theory that every calorie is created equal. Eating junk and staying within your calorie limits, just means you're treating your body like a garbage dump.
A must read!
Of the numerous books I have purchased over the years about weight loss this is the first I am actually reading and not skimming. I have been using the app online and on my iTouch for 3 weeks and doing well. Many of the things discussed in the book I was doing already, but there is even more that I am able to apply that I didn't know.
This book explains all you need to know to help you succeed. No promises, no frills, no sugar coating. Just straight forward explanations of how to understand calories in vs. calories out, how even minor changes of every day eating/exercising can shed pounds and how you can find support even if you don't have it directly in your life.
I highly recommend this book and the app!
