I seriously cannot say enough good things about this cookbook! Each recipe is delicious, varied, satisfying, and makes homemade cooking easy! I probably make a recipe from this book at least once a day. I always find myself craving a new dish for days afterwards (and luckily there’s usually enough for leftovers). Everyone in my family now has a copy and we love getting together over Kate’s delicious and healthy dishes!
