I really enjoyed this book, although I have not tried any of the recipes as of yet and have only had my copy less than a day and a half, I find that I simply cannot put it down. Instructions are very clear and truly understandable. From my experience with the Macron cookie sandwich, the recipes are going to be superb and very tasty. I hope to see more from this author and soon.

"The Cake Craftier"
I've been trying, unsuccessfully, for weeks to make the perfect macaron. I've tried, literally, dozens of recipes, all to be disappointed and frustrated in the end. This book FINALLY had a recipe, and instructions, that yielded the result I've been after. I recently had a friend bring me macarons from Paris, and these recipes lived up to that standard.
