Manager’s Manifesto - Evolution in the Digital World
Publisher Description
Premise #1: Our personal life experience is statistically non-representative of the entirety of human life experience.
Premise #2: This experiment we call “our life” cannot be reproduced by anyone to achieve the same exact outcome, thus proving we are right.
Premise #3: Life however can be predicted based on proper understanding of forces acting upon it. We understand these patterns via various theories we commonly call “laws”.
Premise #4: These forces and laws repeat naturally and purposefully.
Premise #5: Life is worth sharing. Not so much to argue about our beliefs. More so to discover and understand these timeless laws.
Theory: It is these basic "laws of nature" that can cross-apply to many aspects of our live and provide us with meaningful insight into how to live.
Experiment: My life and everyone else's whether human, animal, or inanimate object. We are all effected by the same forces in this world.
Results: This simple personal manifesto book where I share the key laws I believe shape our life, especially our workplaces. I'm focusing on what's closest to my heart: evolving companies, people, and technology.
