I love the way this book reaches back in time and tells the story of my life today. I have found a great way to know the Bible and God. Loved the book.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Although I have read the bible story of David it was quite interesting and intriguing to examine some of the behind the scenes events. The event of David gathering the foreskins of the Philistines gave a vivid description that. Passed overt lightly. Although this is fiction it gave an interesting account of the lives of people just like us.
I couldn't put this down ! Very well written and including historical facts. I did have to read some research of David to better grasp the story because there is so much history of The time of David's reign. The author did her research well. Beautiful story and cried at the end because I was so happy for the way Michal's life came around.
