Best new series
After the House of Night series I was anxious for another series to dive into. P.C Cast didn’t disappoint me with this one! I’m totally hooked! I’ve pre-ordered every single book!
I'm a 68 yr. old uncle who trades reading books with my AMAZING 9th grade niece. This is without any doubt one of our (5) STAR "must read" favorites. Can't wait to read the next book this author has written!!! 👏👊👍
Enjoyable, except for the F-bombs
The story is compelling. I'm only 1/3 through the book and it continues to be compelling. The biggest gripe is why did the author feel compelled to have her characters drop the F word. It's not like the book is filled with profanity...which makes it even more bizarre when I read the F word.
And why did her editor think it helped the story?
Really is out of place in this story.
