It's not what I was hoping for

I was hoping for more recipes for the induction phase where the carbs are the most limited. Sadly, there aren't as many induction recipes as there are recipes for the other phases.

Love the book

The recipes are easy & quick. Gives description of the diet phase by phase. What foods to keep on hand, all kinds of tips & information.
