Awesome resource

This book is a great guide for athletes of all stripes, particularly runners, who are veg-curious, new vegans/ vegetarians, or seasoned veteran vegans. Guidance and advice on healthy habits, recipes, and training programs...this book has it all! It's also accessible and simple. Highly recommend!
