"Gripping and painfully raw, Not the One stole my heart and held it hostage until the last page."
~Liv Morris, USA Today Bestselling Author
My name is Reyna Miracle.
Even though a part of my name is Miracle, there’s nothing miraculous about me.
My body portrays the tales of my life.
Every feeling, every heartbreak, every emotion.
Marked. Inked. Stained.
A walking canvas of my messed up truth.
But there’s one confession I can’t put in a tattoo.
A confession that will kill me to tell, but my best friend died before I had the chance.
Now I’m left with him.
The only one who can hold me in the night and squeeze that spot on my neck that feels like my lifeline between sanity and chaos.
But we don’t work together.
We’re absolute poison for each other.
We’re a stifling, suffocating, sickness of darkness.
But I feel safe...because I’ve made an art of pushing people away.
Now he’s pushing back…
And making me believe...
Making me wonder...
Maybe, just maybe...
I could be the one.
✦A London Lovers Series Spin Off✦
✦Reads Great As a Standalone✦
I received an Arc of this book.
This book is AMAZING. I loved getting to know all the characters and revisiting other characters that I already loved.
This book is an emotional roller coaster. It shows the inner struggle that is easily to relate to. The emotions in this book just leap off the pages. I was overjoyed for the happy moments as well as sad with the unhappy moments. For me it was an ugly cry book. I loved books that can make me feel what the characters are feeling. Great job at that Amy.
This book is a standalone It will leave you wanting to read the 3 other books in the series. I can't wait to read more about other characters. I can never get enough of this group of friends. I never want to leave them when I finish a book.
Raw and Beautiful
I've been in love with Amy Daws' writing style ever since I read her first London Bound book. Now we're on the fourth installment in London, in a new series and I find myself aching for more. Out of all the series this book left me feeling raw and emotionally crippled. This book made me FEEL. Reyna is such an organic character, different from many main heroines you find in most books, and I loved her. In a sense I found myself in her, and felt every emotion she experienced. Liam is her perfect counterpart. On paper they may not match up but together they can fight anything. He saves Reyna from herself, and I found myself dreaming of him. Such a wonderful story of finding your strength to pull through when things seem impossible.

Not the one
The self-loathing is so annoying. I don't think I can finish because I'm mad at Liam for continuing to try and just don't like Reyna. We keep hearing the same thing over and over but sh isn't doing anything to get better....annoying!
