Very conflicted (spoilers)
Oh my god I loved this story so so much!!! I haven’t read a book like this one as long as I can remember, I couldn’t put it down!!! With that being said, I am so sad and angry to say that the way Annabel forgave him in the end is why I took off a star. Seriously, the way he treated her made me so angry that I just could NOT believe how easy she took him back and it was very very disappointing.. to the females out there, saying I love you is NEVER enough to take back the abuse that someone has done to you, and it wouldn’t have been enough for me to take him back. Apologies without action to prevent the situation from happening again are empty. Not to mention this wasn’t the first time he yelled at her like that...
