Where is part 1?
According to the online reviews it is a great book, but why the only available download is part two? I realized it after downloading, insufficient information, this should be stated on the book description..who wants to start a book from the middle?
Part 1 missing (still)
Despite seeing previous review noting that part 1 is missing I went ahead and purchased this book. Part 1 is still missing (Part 2 is split into "Sections", which confused me into thinking the book was whole when I reviewed the sample). Don't buy!
Part 1 is missing
Book starts in the middle. There is no part 1 which the author keeps referring to. Useless. I want my money back.
