This is my frost Vook and I'm "Hooked", it's not enough sometimes to read.....having the videos embedded is such an awesome addition. It really brings the read alive.
This is a must have for anyone with the desire to SUP, either just learning or pushing themselves further in the sport. Thanks Brody and Pete for putting this out and producing such a great addition to the sport (and addiction) of SUP.
Great resource for the beginning paddler and the experienced paddler alike. This book provides some very valuable information that clearly provides proper paddle technique as well as good workouts for paddle fitness. The videos make the information provided simple and fun to learn. Nicely done!
Everything you wanted to know about SUP fitness but were afraid to ask
I've read *a lot* of SUP fitness books, listened to a lot of podcasts, watched a lot of videos and worked with a lot of coaches. This is by far the best resource I've found for understanding how to take my paddle workouts to the next level. The written explanations are clear and unambiguous. The videos help supplement those descriptions (plus get you stoked to get out on that beautiful water).
I expect this will be a resource to which I continue to refer for a long time.
