Outstanding plan !!!
I have had the pleasure of meeting with John personally who formulated my initial 2 week meal plan. In the first two weeks I have lost 12 lbs. Now I am able to refer to all the recipes that are found in the book for my daily meals.
The 5 meals I eat every day on this plan has stabilized my blood sugar, eliminated any hunger pains and taught me proper portion control. I feel that I finally am gaining the knowledge on how to select the correct foods, in the right amounts, and eaten at the right times.
