Find inner healing & peace

This is a "truly amazing" book! I really starting learning how to love & forgive myself. The author, Aaron Kennard, teaches how to treat ourselves with the love, compassion, & forgiveness we would give to others. I didn't even realize that I needed to forgive myself and start loving myself as badly as I did. Here's part of an experience I journaled while reading & practicing his teachings:

"It feels like I've been longing for the forgiveness and love I'm finally giving to myself, and I didn't even know it. I believe there's some inner healing that's taking place."

I remember having tears of gratitude & joy that day. This book, if you read & practice what it teaches, will bring self-love, healing, forgiveness, & peace. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
