There was nothing in this book that most runners don't already know. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend.
This book was a Great aid for getting me refocused
This book has great info but does contradict its self in several locations. It may tell you to eat a small amount of something in one section, then tell you to eat it daily in the next. I do like the recipes and workouts though.
