I've found this to be a very helpful way of thinking about and understanding the world around me. My therapist referred to "mindfulness" and to "meditation" as a way to deal with overwhelming anxiety and the church information in Noah's book are teaching me how to significantly reduce the stress I've felt by being able to see life through an accurate lens instead of the religious one that I inherited.
