Ten years ago, seers across the globe were wiped out, thrusting the supernatural world into figurative darkness.
When word spreads that the first new seer in a decade has been found, powerful forces will hunt her.
The dead will unite to defend her.
And a repressed sadist werelock will abandon his century-long vow of celibacy to claim her as his own.
Note: Seer is a full-length novel, but it is NOT A STANDALONE. While Seer may be enjoyed as a first read in the series, for maximum entertainment, it is recommended that you read the books that precede it.

Uncovering the past
This is part one of a duet of our beloved “pack priest” doctor Kai. I have been a fan/book reader of Hettie’s since the beginning and Im sure everyone has been curious about Kai and his mysterious past. He is the only one of his kind and to one he is a king but to Lauren he is this man crying out for help in his eyes.
Lauren is your average college student working at the screaming bean but she is far from average. Some would even say she is special because she has the ability to see and hear from dead people. She comes from a long line of Seer’s and Kai is the lucky man to get the scoop on the long awaited seer and report back to his pack but his wolf has been repressed for long enough.
I will warn you that this book is not for the faint at heart. This is a completely different style from Hettie that we have ever seen before, and I like how she is able to pull on my heart strings and still root for Kai. We get a nice background on Kai and Lauren and we really unpack the history in this book. Can’t wait for how it unfolds in the next book. Excellent read and I would highly recommend if you are a fan of her series and even if you’re not still a worth while read.
