Jillian is amazing on tv. This book, however, lacks focus, personality and organization. It feels like she threw it together at the 11th hour to make a quick $ off her reputation. No new insight, approach, or even step by step tools are presented. It's a waste of time & money.
Love this book
I thought this was a great book. It takes all the info and makes it simple and straight forward. I considered myself very knowledgeable before I read this book. Saying that, I did find some useful information. I also liked the exercises she has in there. Whether you know a lot or know very little I think this book is very helpful.
More of a fluff piece to her website
Don't waste your money on this book if you plan to use her website and/or ipad app. This was more of a supplement of tips than helpful info and actual weight loss plan.
