“Something good” is exactly what Tyya, Andrew and Julie want to put into their shopping cart. Tyya’s dad won’t buy anything good at the store—no ice cream, no candy, no cookies. But when the saleslady puts a price sticker on Tyya’s nose, Daddy is finally forced to buy something good.
This fixed-layout ebook, which preserves the design and layout of the original print book, features read-along narration by the author as well as music and sound effects.
“... Martchenko’s exaggerated illustrations are a splendid complement to Munsch’s direct and pleasantly repetitive narration. The author’s popularity is already widely established, and this title should do well both in libraries and bookstores serving children of preschool and primary grades.”—Library Journal
“Michael Martchenko’s illustrations ... are lively, simple and expressive. The characters practically jump off the page.”—Quill & Quire
“Build a bank of self-esteem with ... SOMETHING GOOD ...”—Mailbox Bookbag
