Excellent book for learning meditation

I have been meditating for a few months now but have been searching for a more complete method. Many books that I looked into taught how great meditation is for you, but left out any instruction on how to actually perform meditations. They usually would only inform the reader to sign up for an expensive class to teach its methods. Soul-Centered has provided just what I was looking for in order to meditate more effectively and help curb my stress. Thanks for the help!
