Great Workout and Fun for Your Core and Spirit!
Just started SUP this summer and if you love to be on the water and see the sights, while getting a great
core workout, this is the sport for you. I love to sea kayak and SUP allows you to get out on the water quickly
with very little gear and enjoy an hour or half a day poking around in rivers, canals, bays, and ocean beaches.
I highly recommend this book to help you get oriented to the sport, then further grow.
