Publisher Description

HELD. - The evidence was sufficient for the case to go to the jury. The prosecutor did not commit misconduct in closing argument, or the defense failed to object to it. Admission of certain hearsay would not be reviewed on appeal for lack of an objection in the trial court. Hearsay on Jerrys mental state was admissible under URE 403. Admission of gruesome video was harmless error.
