Book 7, Steele Ridge
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
After her confidential files are compromised, corporate psychologist Tessa Martin must partner with her former boss, billionaire game developer Jonah Steele, to protect his devastating secrets and win a real-life game of survival.
Loved this story! I've been waiting for Jonah's story and this book made it well worth the wait! Jonah, the youngest Steele brother and savior of Steele Ridge, finally finds his own bit of happy. The fact that it is with the one woman he's never been able to forget makes it even better. Tessa Martin may have had to overcome issues from her youth but she's done it and is now a strong capable woman. Convincing Jonah to see her now rather than remember the young woman she was then isn't so easy but she needs his help and his heart. She'll stop at nothing to get both.
A great read and one I highly recommend.
This story was exciting, suspenseful and steamy and loads of fun to read! Jonah is the Steele family's computer geek and baby billionaire. Tessa is a woman that has worked hard to become the strong, independent woman she is now after a devastating incident from her past. Jonah and Tessa have a past they need to work through while someone from their past is out to ruin them. Loads of techie talk and the flow of the story had me excited to get to the HEA!! I would give this a 10 star if I could!
Beautiful story about second chances, forgiveness and strength
Wow! Tessa and Jonah’s story has some very serious, sometimes tough to read, themes and experiences...but I think it makes their relationship deeper and more meaningful. Once they can each get by the bad memories and guilt (mostly Jonah’s) they feel.
Having broken my self-imposed rule of not reading series books out of order(I I did read also read both Steele Ridge The Beginning and Going Hard, both by Kelsey Browning), I can attest that this book can be read as a stand alone and I was not missing out on anything, series wise.
It’s hard to review a book without revealing potential spoilers and not sounding like a regurgitation of the back cover. This wonderful story is about a strong willed survivor heroine, reunited (whether they want to be or not) with the reluctant savior hero from the worst time in her life. It’s about second chances in the face of danger, love that stems from heartbreak and forgiveness, and a connection of souls. It’s awesome, sad, beautiful, sexy and real. I love it!
I received a complimentary copy of this book. In no way did it infLuence my honest review
