Very informative why you should buy the book, But I guess thats why they sell a summary sample. it convinced me to buy the book so save yourself 3$ and just buy the book.

A complete waste of money!!!!

Very disappointing! Thought I'd see a summary of book including what to eat and not to eat - nope. Don't waste your money!
