The 100

I bought this book immediately after it was available. I also saw the Dr. Oz episode and was very encouraged by what seems to make a lot of sense. Once the book downloaded I read it in two days. Fascinating!!! I have been following his theory for 3 days now and since I don't have a scale I am not sure if I have lost any weight but I do know my jeans aren't as tight. : D Since I had a lot of stuff in my kitchen already it has been really easy to follow and I am not really hungry at all. Not so sure about that breakfast muffin lol it was really hard to get down. : ( But chapter 8 is loaded with meal plans and there are two options to choose from and a full list of foods to eat and not to eat! I am really hopeful that this is the break through I've been looking for!

No real recipes. That is why I bought it.

Not pleased

I bought the book after I saw it aired on tv. I was looking forward to reading the book and getting to use the recipes that were said to be in there. Wrong. There was only one recipe for a skinny muffin. I found that he did not adequately explain things. Like one of the meal plans...says meatballs with...well how many meatballs would be nice to know!!!! Another thing Who ever proof read this book needs to lose there jobs. I saw ALOT of misspelled words. Where do I file a refund request. Was a waste if my money!!!!!
