Well written and it works
Entering fourth month and down 21 pounds of fat and ran 5k today. Ran it, didn't walk it. Book is well organized, easy and enjoyable to read. Body hacker. That's me.
It's not supposed to be fun!
Great diet!... The diet is difficult to follow at times? But read the book as he describes and you will be on track to loose weight quick and feel good about it! This definitely is not for the crash dieter take it serious for a month and see results! I was no athlete when I started this book and "worked out" regularly for two years without results, with the "tips" for diet I was able to shed 20lbs in two months! I feel healthy and now people at work are following the 4HB! Worth the buy!
