Dont Be A Pill Pop-Ing Consumer Zombie!
When the doctor diagnosed me with an ulcer and chronic Acid Reflux, and said I would have to take medication for the rest of my life, I wanted to educate myself more on the subject. I had suffered long enough and need to do my own research before becoming a "Pill Pop-Ing Consumer Zombie!" I like to call them. I figure if your reading my rating, you are already going in the right direction. I had Acid Reflux as a growing problem for a few years, broke almost every rule in this book. So, it was quite easy to fix, after a BIG change in my lifestyle, after reading this book. I lost weight… not slow, fast when I started to change the what, when, where, and how much I eat. I from what I researched on in other books as well, weight lost seems to be key in reducing acid reflect attacks. Although, I am not even close to near overweight, it was enough to increased my risk of Acid Reflux a great deal from my baseline weight.
I have to Thank Dr. Jorge, because from the information in this book, I no longer have Acid Reflux Attacks, and do not need take any pills or medication.
