Excellent and Easy Way to change eating habits

I’ve tried many different diets and know that so many people say the same thing, but really this plan is so easy. The build-up to the plan is very clear and concise and following the meal plan is super easy. I’m only on day 5 of the 21 day plan and lost nearly 10 lbs (about 4.5% total body weight) and I feel great. Definitely well worth the effort.
