The Art of Inspiration

The BIGGEST thing I love about photography is that it brings me closer to God and gives me more opportunities to share my faith.  I firmly believe that God inspires me to see things in a different light. Every time I go on one of my photographic adventures I’m very grateful for what I’m surround by, what I’m learning from them and loving the surprising feeling when I have one of those REALLY amazing photographs that I can’t even believe I took because it’s so beautiful. There are times I think of Christian song lyrics, Bible verses, and quotes that I’ve heard when I see certain images that just inspires me to spend more time in my Bible thinking of matching verses with photographs or trying to find new avenues to share God through me.  I often tell people ‘I’m not worried of what people do TO me, but more concerned about what God shows THROUGH me. ‘


Psalm 27:4

One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
