Really enjoyed this
Gr at free read on iTunes. So glad I found it when I did. Really liked these characters. They were flawed but overcame so much together. I rarely cry in these types of books, yet that's exactly what I did--in a good way, of course.
The Black Sheep
The Black Sheep by Patricia Ryan is a beguiling romance between two who are thrown together by fate. Both have grown up differently, but love draws them together.
Well-written even if the characters aren't as compelling as usual.
I've been a fan of Ms. Ryan's since I first read Silken Threads. I read many more of her books since then (mostly the historical romances - that's where she shines) and I have enjoyed them immensely. However, the characters in this book are less dimensional than usual to my mind.
It was a decent read but I wasn't wowed.
