Fun and interesting
Dan's task of finding and analyzing pockets of centenarians around the world was very ambitious. I'm glad he did as it offered fun and interesting insights to their lives and cultures. It's also nice how he summarized and came up with recommendations for personal blue zones.
I highly recommend this book to everyone interested in healthy lifestyle, living long life and prevention of diseases. It is based on sound research and many stories gathered by the author and his team. These are the stories of centenarians - people who reached and exceeded the age of 100 year old. Wonderful read. Excellent recommendations. I give this book five stars.
