Makes nutrition easy to understand

This book makes learning about nutrition and the body more enjoyable. The only downside is the charts and lists are too small to read in the digital version.

The body book

I found this book to be informative without going into great detail. Sometimes authors can get too wordy and lose my attention. I like information keep to the point and short. Cameron did a good job with this. The book held my interest all the way through. An easy read. I learned some things and inspired to get going on my goals. Thank you Cameron. Bonnie Berry
