Publisher Description

The Demise of Guys fearlessly tackles one of the toughest social dilemmas of the twenty-first century: in a world of increasing ‘arousal addiction’, where do guys find long-term meaning, purpose, social connection and direction — and can porn and videogames actually play a part in it? The authors smartly combine eye-popping statistics about the pervasiveness of arousal addiction with sound, and often surprising, practical advice for fathers, mothers, and girlfriends—and of course, young men themselves.

The Demise Of Guys

I found this to be a confirmation and expansion of what I'm sure many baby boomer parents have observed on their own. I consider this required reading for 21st century parents of both sexes

Thank you

I also read this book in one afternoon. Through reading this book I've grown a greater respect for the male influence and what it means to be the parent of a growing boy. Also I've learned to look differently at the way men act, apart from thinking that men are just so different from women.

Incredible and Eye Opening!

I read this book in one afternoon. It is well written, easy to read and insightful. The strategies are practical.
