The Driven-Box Method
This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.
It's time to ditch the tired goal-setting tactics that you are accustomed to using. The Driven-Box Method, a systematic framework for your year, gets rid of the shackles of fleeting resolutions.
-Instead of setting a resolution, we set up your central word as your theme. Everything revolves around this theme.
-Instead of talking about wanting new jobs or moving, we nail down the spaces you’ll live out your most honest self.
-Instead of saying how happy you want to be, we get clear on the type of vibes you want to give off and receive.
-Instead of writing down stagnant resolutions, I’ll teach you to evolve your outcomes.
-Instead of kicking folks out of your life, we set up boundaries that will attract everyone that SHOULD be in your life while ushering out those that shouldn’t.
I've lived The Driven-Box Method. It has kept me grounded. It has kept me focused. It has kept me sane. It has kept me driven.
It’s time to bring drive and purpose back. And this time, it’s going to stick around. You will jump into 2018 with vision and drive. Your year will be one of purpose and wisdom.
Love the New Approach
I expose myself to a lot of self development methods and never have I come across one delivered in such a relatable way.
I decided to complete my DBM worksheet after completing my annual vision board. It’s one thing to put up images of things you want, but it’s another to actually think on how you will obtain those things. After going through the worksheet, I now feel a laser beam focus as to how I’m going to achieve my goals on my vision board and in what capacity.
I like that the worksheet is structured, but not too structured that you are unable to provide your own unique answers to specifically the “boundaries” and “spaces” categories (the areas I think requires the most thought).
My central word for 2018 is ACHIEVEMENT and I’m very excited to do just that. Thanks so much for sharing this method, Meiko Seymour.
