This book is simple, easy to follow and well researched. The recipes are not very hard to make and you don't have to buy a lot of stuff you've never heard of, for the most part.
Clearly, eating this way and preparing takes more time and energy than fast food does to prepare.
Given that the vast majority of American's healthcare bills are for preventable illnesses this book is required reading.
