I tried this diet in 2008 and if you stick to it, IT WORKS!!! Needless to say, I lost my way, but I am starting it again. The book was like my bible and coach. As long as I had it nearby, my will power did not waver. I've since lost the book (or someone borrowed it and never returned it!) and am now buying it through here as I'm never far away from my iPad!
