The Girls Of Mischief Bay
The Girls of Mischief Bay is the first in what promises to be a rockin new series by a favorite romance author. This book has everything one could possibly want in a romance story times three! It is amazing how Miss Mallery was able to get inside each of the lead characters and nail their feelings as they went through their ups and especially their downs. I am never disappointed in Susan Mallery's books and am looking forward to the next book in this series.
Excellent First Book to a New Series
The first book in a new series follows the lives of three friends of different ages where age does not matter. I loved the characters and how they dealt with the ups and downs in their lives. Couldn't put the book down and was sad when I finished it as it is one of those books that you don't want to end. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
A great read!
I loved The Girls of Mischief Bay. As a single woman I sometimes wish there was a "romance" book that wasn't all romance. Yes it is great to escape your life to a fairy tale life but it can be depressing. I like that while one woman found her happiness with a guy the other 2 are left still struggling through life. I am sure in the following books they too will find happiness (with a guy) but I'm glad at the end of this book they are finding themselves and trying to find happiness in being single. I love Susan Mallery and all of her books but I really enjoyed this one and can't wait for the next in the series.
