The book is an interactive, 200-page catalog of their collection with original essays and scholarship about the artists, and links to additional online resources. Represented are fine artists who are also in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum, the Whitney, Art Institute of Chicago, Smithsonian, and many other public institutions.

I was interested because of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson's book's theme but was pleased to find out that, in addition to getting a succinct review and career outline for each artist, presented, I was impressed with their honesty i could see in their interview. It showed their passion for supporting artists, regardless of your income and space, and that one can/should have fun with it as well. Kudos to them for so abundantly sharing their collection.
