After reading just a few pages it’s evident that this author has no clue what he’s talking about. The description of free range eggs being better for you because they’re, “healthier and safer for your body to consume,” is not based in fact and there is no scientific evidence to back this. I really try not to judge free books too harshly but this one is just ridiculous.

Some general good ideas and OK recipes but the language and poor sentence structure make this a struggle to read.
I gave this book the second star but some of the sentences are actually funny. I don’t even know what some of them are trying to tell me.
