Customer Reviews

Wow, I have always enjoyed dining at all of Frank's restaurants and am constantly amazed at the talent he and his chef's "bring to the table" every time! This cookbook, has me cooking things I never thought possible. Thank you Frank!

So useful and also, fun!

Love this eBook - it's great to be able to see video of the techniques for the recipes. That really does take advantage of the eBook's capabilities in a way I haven't seen other cookbooks do. And the recipes are strong: really good food, but doable at home. I made the Sicilian-style calamari last weekend, and the marinara. Can't wait to make some fresh cheese.

Great App!

Easy to use, slick navigation, lots of great ideas in here. My first experience with an IPad cookbook, great work Frank!
