The New Road to Serfdom

A Letter of Warning to America

This book is available for download with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device, and with iTunes on your computer. Books can be read with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.

In World War II, American soldiers went overseas to rescue England from the Nazi menace. Now, with America threatened from within by the specter of social democracy, British politician Daniel Hannan returns the favor. The New Road to Serfdom is a must-read rallying cry for Tea Party activists, fans of Mark Levin’s Tyranny and Liberty, and anyone who has seen Hannan’s hard-hitting interviews with Hannity & Colmes, Neil Cavuto, and Glenn Beck. A former president of the Oxford Conservative Association, and a member of the EU Parliament, Hannan has the insight and experience to help America recapture its distinctive ideals and avoid turning into a socialist state.

A Brit's Critique of "Obamaism"

A well reasoned and impassioned case for America to come to her political and economic senses. Written from a euro-centric perspective, the book compares and contrasts the classical US democratic electoral system with the emerging European Union form of collectivized government. No serious student of political science should miss this rousing defense of individual freedom and liberty.

Never Too Late

This is a great book. It demonstrates that it is never too late to return to the principals and values that forged the greatest country on earth. The last true bastion of freedom. We as a nation must take decisive corrective action now in an effort to recapture the attitude of self reliance not victimization! It's a shame it took a British national to write this book as a warning to the American people, but I am thankful he made the effort.

Our founding principles explained by a Briton

Hannan, motivated by a shared heritage of liberty, exhorts America to be faithful to our founding principles.
