The Odyssey

This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.

Description

The poem mainly centers on the Greek hero Odysseus (known as Ulysses in Roman myths) and his journey home after the fall of Troy. It takes Odysseus ten years to reach Ithaca after the ten-year Trojan War.  In his absence, it is assumed he has died, and his wife Penelope and son Telemachus must deal with a group of unruly suitors, the Mnesteres (Greek: Μνηστῆρες) or Proci, who compete for Penelope's hand in marriage.

Boring

This book is boring

Great Book!!!

This book Is a very good book that takes you on a journey that will blow you mind. Anyone who underscore this rating is uneducated and prudent. However I am still reading this awesome book. It wows me every time I read on!

Great if read once

I've read the Odyssey 3 times (2 times for school) and I'm not even 17. In my opinion, only read it once and you'll be okay. Also don't get this free one, buy a real version without commentary.
