This book provides an unbiased approach to intermittent fasting. It provides researched data rather than opinion. I believe touching more on the physiology of fasting and how the body reacts to it would of provided more of a page turner. I’ve read other material on IF and cellular detoxification and regeneration which I have found quite interesting. All in all I enjoyed it.
