I thoroughly enjoyed reading "The Paleo Breakfast Cookbook." Originally, I thought there couldn't be much creativity in the Paleo diet, and this book definitely tossed my doubts out the window (along with the excessive amounts of gluten I was consuming before). I tried out the recipe for the Paleo hazelnut waffles...all I can say is WOW. This cookbook is a must read for anyone seeking healthy alternatives without sacrificing flavor and taste.
