Smart and socially gifted, Adam and Cynthia Morey are perfect for each other.
With Adam’s rising career in the world of private equity, a beautiful home in
Manhattan, gorgeous children, and plenty of money, they are, by any reasonable
standard, successful. But for the Moreys, their future of boundless privilege is not
arriving fast enough. As Cynthia begins to drift, Adam is confronted with a choice
that will test how much he is willing to risk to ensure his family’s happiness and
to recapture the sense that the only acceptable life is one of infinite possibility.
The Privileges is an odyssey of a couple touched by fortune, changed by time, and
guided above all else by their epic love for each other.

Fantastic story. Compelling. Must read!
Not worth the time investment
First 50 pages are interesting when focus is on main couple and their young kids. Author completely loses me as he tries to develop the kids characters over time. And he seems to realize it as he throws in a few events along the way meant to shock us back into caring about these peoples lives. It doesn't work. I found myself skipping pages as the story got bogged down in various side situations. I kept waiting for a more cohesive plot or theme to emerge. It never did. The last third of the book is painfully boring. Do not read this book.
I have just purchased this book and can not get it to down load. I am wanting to sleep. I am mad as hell . This is the last book I will ever buy from you HElp. Help. Help. This iredicilous. I want to read. Another sleepless night. I cannot even submit this. Wait until tomorrow , , , ,
