Great meditations for yoga students
This book is comprised of 108 short and accessible meditations. As a regular yoga student, I found these words to be great inspiration and encouragement to return to my practice, even when it's difficult or life gets in the way. Some passages in particular really speak to me, and I look forward to referring back, rereading, and rethinking again and again.
