Great book encompasses everything . Somewhat holistic whole body nurturing. Great pictures as well.
You've got to be kidding!
Book sounded good and I was intrigued. However, after tracking down most of the ingredients, some I never did find, the grocery bill for one week was over$250. That would just be for one person. Then I checked out the exercises and no way could I do them. Maybe if I was 20 again but most mature people don't bend that way. Waste of money for me.
