Optimism on paper
I thought this was a very good book. It was well laid out and very informative. I don't know how well it will work yet but I am willing to try and at least be hopeful.
I think that the danger with taking the Diabetes drugs Actos, for its bladder cancer problems, and Victoza,for its pancreatitis problems should have been more highlighted with these medications.
I also had a problem with the exercising of the type 2 muscle by pushing it to the maximum weight possible and still be able to get the set done wasn't a good way to work things because I wound up sore for the next 4-5 days where I could hardly even walk or move around.
