Tremendous book

Tracy's story is an inspiration for anyone struggling with their weight. This is on my books to buy list that I give to all my kettlebell class students. Everyone that has read the book just raves.
The kettlebell is a complete gym. There are many-many different exercises you can do with this steel ball with a handle. However, everything can start and end with the hardstyle swing. You get a full-body workout with one relatively easy to learn move. Tracy goes over many different routines for beginner and advanced KBers, offering enough variety so you'll never be bored.
However, weight loss doesn't happen in the gym. Weight loss comes from what you do in the kitchen. The Swing! also has a solid food program. This is not a fad diet. You prepare real food that you can buy at any grocery.
If you want to lose weight. If you want to get toned. If you want to have some muscle definition you thought impossible. They by all means, buy and read this book.
