Great read

This book is great and is very easy to read. The way it's broken down is very simple and you can follow it easily. There are many motivational books out there--but the way this book stands out is by providing answers to real questions.

Chapters 2 & 3 are where it starts getting good. Changing the way you view things, working on your daily habits, and putting it into action are some of the elements that make it stand out. I could read this book over and over again. It is definitely a book to keep on my iPod and iPhone.

Inspirational Book

This book is great. Reading this book allowed me to look at things from a different perspective. Not only is this book inspirational, it is also soothing. As a full-time student who works part-time, things get tough, especially if you rely on a bike and bus to get through the day. Reading this book allowed me to take life as it comes, but most importantly, think in a positive way. I never used to look at nature the way I do now. I used to always complain about my circumstances and everything negative, but I never took the time to look at nature and the beauty of it. Reading and learning things that I though I would never do, made me become a more peaceful being in the inside. I see the squirrels and trees and the beauty God has created, and its all because I have bee able to calm down, and takes things step by step. The book gives the reader steps to live a more positive and healthy lifestyle. It is easy and understandable to read, which is what makes the book great. This book is a positive and creative one. It is motivating and a great book for those who need to take a step back and look at life from a more clear and soothing perspective. I would recommend for anyone who wants to change their lives, to get this book. Really think of what the author is trying to get the reader to do, and be active with a non-bias attitude it and if you feel like doing some of the activities this book does, do them while you’re reading, or stop for a moment, and do a checklist of what you will be doing after you read a chapter or two.
